I.O.U.S.A. Makes Oscar Shortlist

Congratulations to Pat and Christine and everyone involved with I.O.U.S.A.! The film was just named one of 15 finalists for the Academy Award for Best Documentary. The nominations will be announced on January 22nd. Here's the full list:

Roadside Goes 'Solo'


Hey gang, I'm am beyond excited to let you know that Roadside Attractions will be releasing Ramin Bahrani's Goodbye Solo next Spring across America. The film recently won the FIPRESCI Critics' Prize at the Venice Film Festival and has gotten rave reviews from critics worldwide. Here are a couple, so you know I'm not just spinning you:

Bahrani won the Someone To Watch award at this year's Independent Spirit Awards and has received international acclaim for his previous features Man Push Cart and Chop Shop.
