Ramin on the Road

If you live in/near Boston, Atlanta, Austin, Seattle, Los Angeles or Chicago, you can soon check out Ramin Bahrani's amazing 'Chop Shop' for FREE! Ramin will be at these screenings in person to provide As to your Qs and just maybe to show a couple clips from his newest film (and upcoming Roadside release) 'Goodbye Solo.' 'Chop Shop' was recently nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards (for Best Director and Best Cinematography) and was named by Roger Ebert as one of the best films of 2008. The screenings are all free, as are the cocktails and music, but you do have to RSVP here. And they are first-come, first-served, so be sure to be prompt (plus, it's just polite).
