Go see GOODBYE SOLO tomorrow

Ramin Bahrani's brilliant 'Goodbye Solo' opens tomorrow in New York and Chicago. If you are near either one of those cities, or know anyone who is, please go/tell them to go. Immediately! Roger Ebert calls the film "A masterwork" and says "Ramin Bahrani is the new great American director." In the New York Times, A.O. Scott calls Goodbye Solo "Wonderful, moving and mysterious. An almost perfect film." Go to www.goodbyesolomovie.com for all the press, links to buy tickets and details on Q&As in New York this weekend with Ramin and lead actor Souleymane Sy Savane. The freakin' New York Times said you have to!!!!

I didn't see a post on your blog here about "Alien Trespass", but I saw it tonight and loved the "concept" -- including the ghota.

The Sputnik-era newsreels brought back a lot of memories of my own coming of age.

I saw "The Cove" tonight, which you released with Lionsgate and Participant. Hoping to see a blog entry on your blog here for comments. My review is at billsmoviereviews on blogger.

Sensational expose!
