We've Got Spirit, Yes We Do...

We here at Roadside would like to be the first to congratulate Michael Winterbottom and Mat Whitecross on their Film Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Documentary for their masterful film The Road to Guantanamo. The Spirits will be held February 24th in beautiful, bum-infested Santa Monica, California. You can check out all the nominees here. Would we like to congratulate our fellow nominees as well? No way! Screw those guys. Steve Bognar, you're goin' down!!

Wah-Wah on DVD

Richard E. Grant's beautiful, funny, touching, criminally-overlooked film Wah-Wah is out on DVD today. So if you missed it in theaters (and I have a sneaking suspicion you may have) be sure to buy it, queue it or VOD it. Whichever way you swing is none of my business.

Come Early Friday

Hey gang! We are thrilled to be opening Joey Lauren Adams' fantastic new film Come Early Morning this Friday, November 10th. The film speaks for itself, so I'll keep this short and sweet.
