Muchos Gracias!
Thank you to everyone that has made Bella such a big hit in its first two weekends! In only ten days the film has already brought in nearly $2.5 million at the US box office. Check out the official Bella site for a list of theaters where you can check out the film Roger Ebert calls "warm, sweet and funny."

It is time to add Bella to more theaters!
Yeah...why don't you guys expand the release a little?? It's not playing in my neighborhood and a bunch of friends want to see it...it's been doing well, right?
Thank you guys so much for all the enthusiasm. We are playing on as many screens as we possibly can. Last week we were on nearly 500, which is amazing for a film of this size. What you can do is write/call/email your local theaters and request that they play Bella. We've booked so many screens due to customer requests.
Thanks for the great news! I'll see if I can get some local theaters to start showing it.
I too wonder about the prospect of a wider release. When I've contacted local theaters to play this film, the people at the theaters didn't seem to feel like they had much say in the matter.
Can Roadside Attractions make a pitch for many more theaters to carry this film based on a DEMONSTRATED ability to generate grass roots support? There are so many markets where this could do well given just a very little advance notice to mobilize the grass roots.
I am really working hard to make sure this movie is seen by as many people as possible. I would like to know Roadside Attractions perspective on how this film has done and what the hopes are for it in the future.
I'm not sure if it is Roadside Attractions job to do this, but given the revenue generated thus far, is there plan for a larger advertising campaign?
I truly would appreciate your thoughts regarding the above questions.
Thank You
Again, thanks for the interest. As I said before, we are happy to book the film in as many theaters as possible. The people working the counter at your local theater probably don't have any say over what they play. But whoever books their theater does. That's who your request should go to.
