UN Summit on Trade

Last night the United Nations (no seriously, the real United Nations) hosted a gala red carpet premiere for Trade. Celebrities, political dignitaries and assorted other highfalutin folk turned out for the New York screening. Earlier in the day Kevin Kline held a press conference on the film and the issue of trafficking. Trade opens across the country next Friday, September 28th. Hit the official site for theaters, showtimes, the trailer and more.

I saw "Trade" today. This is great filmmaking with compelling characters, on a major issue (ironically taken up by the NBC soap opera " Days of our Lives"). The on location photography in Mexico (the aerial shots) in 2.35 to 1 aspect was breathtaking.
